National Junior Indoor Rowing Championships
NJIRC 2010 saw the Kingsbury School Sports Partnership take a group of students from Kingsbury High School and the Jewish Free School to Battersea Park to compete in the championships. All students had a great day with the majority of our participants finishing in the top 20 of each heat.
The day not only involved 80 Indoor rowing machines linked to each other so students could race it out but also other activities such as parkour, graffiti wall, climbing wall, basketball, football, boxing, brush boarding, cycling, street games and The Rowing Academy talent ID were provided as entertainment for students while they waited for their race.
In all it was a wonderfully exciting day with all students enjoying themselves thoroughly!!! Well done to all those involved!!!
